North Echo Audio is run by me, Silas Knappett, a local audio engineer based in Muskoka. Growing up here, surrounded by lakes, forests, and rolling hills, I know how easy it is to get lost in a moment. I started North Echo Audio with that same idea in mind: to provide clear, reliable sound that helps people stay present for the moments that matter.

Whether it’s hearing every word of the vows, delivering a confident business presentation, capturing a recording, or keeping the dance floor moving all night, my goal is to make the audio feel natural, professional, and stress-free.

With experience in live sound, music, post-production, and studio work, I bring a musician’s ear and a calm approach to every event. From the first conversation to the final pack-up, I focus on clear communication, reliable gear, and sound that supports your moment without getting in the way.
